    I love the McDonald's on 16th potrero they food is well made the service is outstanding 👌 one homeless man but they everywhere.

    Worst McDonald’s that I ever been. I was about to leave for a long trip and was one of the closest options that I had to eat before leaving for my trip. BIG MISTAKE!! First of all, management and staff are horrible. I ordered my food and when I tried to use the restroom they made me show them the receipt, then tell me that they needed to clean it out first and after that RESTROOMS OPENS AT 7AM!!! WHAT??? (Why do they open inside at 5am??) Later after 30 long minutes, they told me that my order would not be possible to make and they just offered me a refund. Most of my interactions were made with the Manager (because staff was dealing with drive thru), I just wanted to say that she is a Jerk and doesn’t know how to treat with costumers. I bet someone else deserves the position than her.

    There is never parking in that place the people who are attending inside in the morning on Thursdays are very rude at 2 and very rude with the customer I have been several times and it is always the same
