  they had a whole line outside during christmas, no one in the kitchen but one person and they didnt say nothing just kept us waiting. went to the one in daly city and they hooked me up real quick, never coming here again they always taking mad long.

  This Is, Only, the second time I Have Been Here The staff is very rude I asked for an iced coffee and there was like no coffee in it. That is the whole Point of ordering a coffee. They also look at you very weird when you go up to the window, like if they’re tweaking Both times I came at 3 A.M.

  I am a DoorDash driver, and based on my personal observation and how the situation felt to me, I experienced something concerning at this location. My order was already prepared, yet I was kept waiting for about ten minutes. During that time, it felt like the order was being intentionally held instead of being handed to the current driver. I personally felt and observed that they might have been waiting for the driver to cancel the order. What stood out to me was that a specific driver—who appeared to be familiar with the staff—came to the restaurant multiple times during my wait. Each time that driver arrived, the order was handed over almost immediately. I noticed this happen more than once, which made the difference in treatment feel very noticeable. I cannot say this for certain, but this was my personal experience and observation, and I wanted to share it so others are aware.

  It's been 2 weeks that I know of and their hot mocha machine has supposedly been broken. This McDonald's charges a premium on the whole menu compared to all other McDonald's, and they can't even afford to fix there equipment in a timely manner. Now i have to drive across town to what is fortunately a more reasonable priced Mcdonalds.

  The drivethru is painfully slow. I've been to macdons all over the world and this one is the most slow. A handful of times people have come up to our window and asked for money while waiting. I've gone inside a few times and it's also very slow, although a great place to watch other people live their life. I'm invisible and no one can see me so maybe that's why the food was so slow. Get Ronald back in the workspace to motivate his employees!!! My overall impression is that they need support and love from management and better pay to make sure the job gets done
