  Very expensive and the steak wasn't anything special. Over cooked a bit. Nothing special considering the price.

  I'm hoping to not have to give this restaurant even one star, but may have to in order to post this review; judging from the most recent comments there are many other similar reviewers who share my contempt for this establishment. As a veteran I've been participating in the Landry's veterans Day opportunities for many years inclusive of this restaurant in years past and as recently as last year--when they offered a reduced price set of entrees to veterans on the Sunday before veterans Day as they've done every year as far back as my memory serves. This year, Landry's again posted the opportunity but in the fine print at the bottom said that Kuletos was excluded from this offer. Shame on us for not reading the fine print! We'd scheduled the reservation for Sunday evening at 6:30, showed up--were seated while they readied the table and in walking to the table mentioned to the waiter that we'd imagined that they'd gotten many other veterans taking advantage of the opportunity that day. On the contrary--the waiter indicated that they'd been turning veterans away all day since they were making the offer available on Tuesday--veterans day. When we showed him a listing of the participating restaurants he checked with a manager who again reiterated that they were not able to offer that discount on Sunday but that we should come back on tuesday. It wasn't until Wednesday in calling Landry's that we became aware of the oversight. Ironically for those veterans who showed up on Sunday, they were the only ones to be told the Kuletos was offering the discount on Tuesday since their own website didn't make any mention of it; the Landrys site only indicated that Kuletos was not going to be participating on Sunday--nothing further. This is it for this restaurant; we won't be going back.

  Slow, inattentive service. Waited 10 minutes on bar table. Bartender and server didn't even make a single eye contact for help. We left afterwards without ordering anything. Do not recommend

  We look forward to going every year since we fly in from out of town for fleet week. It is a place with a beautiful view however the wait staff is either overworked and/or overwhelmed. Last year we were turned away by the host because we wanted to add two more people to our reservation. This year we chose to sit at the bar for drinks and appetizers. Thursday afternoon not one of the three bartenders acknowledged our existence while sitting there waiting. Bar was fairly empty. Friday same thing so we left without service. Saturday we tried one last time because we wanted to watch the planes out the large windows - twenty minute wait while we sat and waited until we could order a wine and vodka soda. Not once were we checked on until we flagged someone down for a menu. Forty five minutes went by and no one would help us so we paid our tab and walked out. Very disappointed from what used to be my favorite place to wine and dine. I doubt we will ever go back.
