When my wife told the gentleman working the counter how flavorless and unappetizing our food was, we didnt recieve even as much as an i'm sorry or what can we do to improve. Why would anyone patronize a restaurant when the staff doesnt care about customer experience? We've enjoyed korean food both homemade and in Seoul, so we know what to expect, and we didnt get a taste of it at Matko.
