  Came here to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Alana Silver made our night! They have live music at Mastro’s. Alana is an amazing singer, extremely talented, and kind! She made it a fun experience. Molly, our server, was excellent. Very kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I really enjoyed the filet steak, it was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The butter cake was delicious! 😋

  I celebrated my 30th birthday dinner here, and the experience was absolutely elevated thanks to David Pugh, who delivered some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere. From the moment we were seated, David set the tone for the evening with genuine warmth, confidence, and professionalism that instantly made us feel valued and welcomed. David went above and beyond in every aspect of his service — he knew the menu inside and out, gave thoughtful recommendations tailored to our tastes, and never missed a detail. He managed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask, refilling drinks, checking in at just the right moments, and making sure every dish arrived exactly as ordered. Even during the dinner rush, David maintained incredible composure and attention to detail. He balanced efficiency with authenticity, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone at the table. His communication with both the guests and kitchen staff showed leadership-level professionalism.   Beyond it being extremely loud, so much so that I couldn’t have a normal conversation without needing to raise my voice while sitting next to my wife.. this place was a 10/10! The service was amazing, and the food even more so! I think my wife and I found our favorite place for Steak whenever we visit SF! Would just recommend not going after 7pm as this is when the restaurant began to fill in and the noise level consistently krept up.

  First time dining here, we received a call after making the reservation stating that there is a dress code enforced for dining with them. Not a problem we dressed accordingly, come to find that they don't enforce any dress code since the people next to us were in jeans, white tee and white air force ones, so why tell me that there is a dress code when there isn't. Anyways the food was decent It came out quick, the server was good even tho they charged us for a second water bottle after we told them "no" The sides we had the creamed corn 7/10 Creamed spinach 4/10 Creamy garlic mashed potatoes 6/10 Bread (felt a bit stale) 5/10 New York strip steak 7/10 Scallop dish was delicious 8/10 Kansas City strip bone in 5/10 Very undercooked in the center. I wouldn't go back, too expensive for what you get.
