- AHAmanda HubbardJun 4, 20251.0I went in to redeem the birthday drink that was sent to my email. There was one worker with no hair net or hat on, no name tag, and an untucked shirt. She seemed very annoyed by the few questions that I had and when it came time to scan the coupon, she said it was no good. That it would only be good on the 17th, when my coupon says expired 15th. I tried to show her my phone and she just kept cutting me off with “there’s nothing I can do”. She seemed pleased with herself as she tried to walk away, until I spoke up and placed my order for a large drink. She was very noticeably angry and when I asked the price she responded with “it’s right up there on the board”-which I could not read. I think she must have been ready to close early or something but I don’t feel like that was appropriate behavior AT ALL. And I had to spend ten+ extra $ that I didn’t really have to spend .
