  The food is great but the floor to the restroom and inside the restroom is a legitimate safety hazard. Almost slipped and fell down the stairs on my way there. What is going on with those floors you guys, someone is going to slip and break their skull one day. Put some rubber mats down or something!

  I love this restaurant, the ramen is so good, my favorite is the little neck clam ramen. The gyoza is amazing as well. The service is so fast and really wonderful, when I'm in the city this place is always near the top of my list for lunch or dinner.

  Decent option for vegan ramen - they have two vegan dishes. Got the creamy one - the broth was very flavorful. Toppings were good, really liked the crispy kale topping. Not to bad to get a table for 6 at 6:30pm on a Friday, just had to wait a couple minutes. A bit on the pricy side but normal for ramen here.

  Nice staff but disappointing fare. You can get much more flavorful ramen at Nojo Ramen near SF Jazz. The takoyaki had only a very tiny piece of octopus and the karaage chicken was luke warm and without much flavor. Thought I'd do better in Nihon Machi!

  We had the ramen and it was good! I really appreciate the vegan options! The crispy kale in the milky vegan ramen was super tasty. Food was served fast even during peak dining hour. Service staff here were really nice (much nicer than some of the other nearby japanese restaurants we walked into). Special mention to Isaac who helped us with the queue/waitlist (because we didn't have a local phone number) and offered us a nice table outside with the heater on so we could wait, and even offered us water! :)
