On multiple occasions, my orders have either been wrong or not ready at the scheduled time, forcing me to cancel and request a refund. Getting a refund is nearly impossible — the store says to contact corporate, and corporate sends you back to the store. It’s a frustrating loop with no resolution. The pizza itself is mediocre at best, and the hassle just isn’t worth it. I’ve finally learned my lesson and won’t be ordering from this location ever again. Save yourself the headache and give your money to another business that actually cares about their service and their customers.
