I told them this, and they didn’t care, and charged me an extra $8 for reason, so I was paying $24 for one bowl. They also told me they were out of vinaigrette when I clearly saw some in the back, and when I kept bugging them to give me one, they finally did. The staff were also talking with eachother a lot and ignoring me when I was asking for my food.

Ordered and not only did they ignore me and talk to each other while they made my bowl, they gave out essentially half of each scoop. All workers are rude and inconsiderate. Will not be coming back, teach your employees basic customer service, unprofessional and sad.

On top of that, the staff were noticeably rude to customers, especially those who are older or appear to be ESL and unfamiliar with how to order at Chipotle. I watched multiple young employees side-eye an older woman who was clearly just trying to understand the process instead of taking a moment to explain it kindly. Overall, between the food safety concern and the disrespectful customer service, I won’t be returning to this location.
