  Recently I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill in San Francisco. I was traveling g for a conference and looking for a place to pick up some familiar food. As someone who has some food issues, I love that Chipotle food is not greasy and I can build vegetarian options. The food quality is reliable home or away, do I was delighted to find a restaurant close to my destination. Looking for the restaurant, it was a bit difficult to spot from afar as there are many storefronts very close together, with the AMC dominating the block. However, map directions were accurate and there is in fact an overhead sign. I went to Chipotle several times around noon, on a weekend and weekday. There was a line and I waited about 15 minutes to be served. If you are able to arrive earlier, the line would likely be less. I noted many had the same conference badge I did, and it seems another conference was also in town nearby, so likely everyone got out at the same time. The line moved efficiently, there was plenty of food to meet the demand, and the server was responsive to my requests. They gave me a generous supply of napkins which I appreciated. They also serve fountain drinks, chops and sodas. Be advised the soda comes in a glass bottle requiring a bottle opener. I did not have mine because I'd just been on a plane and left my multi-colored at home. They will open it for you. Luckily i got a free bottle opener later at the convention but missed out on soda for lunch. At the fountain drinks, people help themselves, and take straws, covers, napkins etc. It was a bit crowded and there were some spills. Also if you are concerned about sanitation, I could see there could be some concerns here. Items prepared behind the counter were fine. My next trip I opted to fill a water bottle at the convention center. The establishment has some limited seating with fixed bar stools and tables, and a limited number of chairs and tables. These are all inside; no outdoor Cafe in February although it seemed warm to me. With so many people, there were only limited seats. I opted to take my food outdoors to the lively outdoor Yerba Buena garden across from the conference center, which was quieter and better suited to my tastes and preferences. Overall, the fact that I returned thete a couple times in a ~week long trip attests to the appreciation I have for the hood food and consistent service they provide. It was conveniently located and offered healthy food available for take out that meets my dietary needs. I was glad to find a familiar establishment to enjoy a favorite meal while on the road. The down sides were the crowds and self service areas, but for those who find this problematic, they csn opt to purchase their beverage elsewhere or get a glass bottle soda either asking the clerk to open it or make sure you have a bottle opener. You can also avoid the crowds by selecting an outdoor picnic spot, which is easy to find right in the same block.

  What did they do to me today? They only put rice in the leaves and did not put anything in. I would have called them veggie balls. Okay, they put a little rice and a little bit. They put beams in the leaves. A little bit, a little bit, a little bit. And they took more money. They took 14 dollars from me. And they took more money. And they did not give me the whole thing. They do not do me this good service.

  What a pathetic excuse for a restaurant I’ve loved chipotle my whole life I’ve spend so much $ here but went in today they didn’t listen, they made a shitty bowl they were just a holes. I will never go to chipotle again
