My caramel cappuccino did not taste like caramel at all. 1 of the girls has a really nasty/rude attitude...why work there if you don't know how to be respectful or the basics of etiquette. My cappuccino was given to me without a lid while the hot drink was filled to the top. The employee then give me a lid, but sat it on the counter instead of handing it to me or put on the drink prior. I find that very unsanitary 0/10
