  The only thing that I don’t like about in this location, is that when you order your food and there’s a line ahead of you. Your order should be ready but it’s not and they make you wait on the side for like 10,15 minutes and yet they have the order all messed up, but other than that their fries I do not like it’s very plain not even a top on it. I might as well go to In-N-Out way cheaper and better I thought with McDonald’s will be a little bit better, but I guess not.

  I really like the customer service this mcdonalds gives ...plus they are not stingy with their Mexican salsa... The macdonalds on foothill always claims they don't have any at all. No matter what time of the day it may be..... This macdonalds has fresh good and great customer service

  Though this location has a play place, it is clear they are trying to drive out family business. The play area has been kept to a freezing temperature (at least the last 6 months despite bringing it to the managers attention). Additionally, they have discontinued giving refills on soda or tea. It's very disappointing.

  I have a problem every time I go to this McDonald’s whether it’s my order is always messed up or just stuff missing from my bag but today they actually shorted my change by a dollar then got a attitude about me asking for my dollar I didn’t walk away I didn’t put the money In my pocket or anything of that nature the cashier said my order was $16 I gave him a 20 and he handed me $3 I looked at him and said this is three dollars he said no I gave you $4 keep in mind we haven’t even broke eye contact since he handed me the $3 dollars so I fam it out in front of him and he gets all mad and says well you’re going to have to wait for your lil little dollar because I can’t open the register until I do a transaction I said that fine because I have two orders so my friend used tap pay for her order and he opened the register to give me my “little dollar”

  This McDonald always mess up my order by the drive tru .they are careless called and ask to talk to manger he did not even care .horrible service
