- BPBrandy PondOct 9, 20252.0When to Jamba today 10/9/25 at 8:30 in the morning and when I go there, I am very precise when I order cause of textures i do not like so when I order it make sure to let them know that if I don't want an item in my order to not put it in. But when I told them today. They still created my order with the item in it. Instead of remaking it they just scooped it out and gave it to me. I ordered a large bowl that was about $14. Part of my bowl was scooped out with the stuff that they should have not put on there in the first place and when I complained about it, they just looked at me with I don't know what i'm supposed to do look. I think it's ridiculous that if we ask for certain restrictions on our food that they follow them and they mess up, they should remake it or refund them. Because I technically got a medium bowl in a large cup.

She clearly had an attitude for no reason. Both of our drinks looked exactly the same, and when we asked which is which, she was very salty for no reason. When we first ordered, that same woman with lashes and a nose ring kept making nasty faces at us and kept acting impatient. Respectfully, please put her in her place. Thank you!
