  Small meat portions, ultra low quality customer service. Slow service. Avoid this location. Dirty food preparation area. I actually had a napkin in my burrito that was in the carnitas meat. I highly recommend que ricos just three minutes down the street. Excellent and authentic . Que ricos serves the best burritos in sylmar.

  The manager here is so disrespectful unprofessional, and he wouldn’t provide me with his name. Nobody was wearing their name tags when I walked in there. There was four employees eating at the table, and only two people behind the counter working, which was the manager and somebody else he was so disrespectful. This guy clearly doesn’t know how to run a business.

  The biggest issue at this Chipotle is the manager. Completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive when a problem was brought up. Instead of trying to help or even listen, they had an attitude and made the situation worse. The staff seemed stressed and disorganized, which honestly reflects poor leadership.

  Worst customer service. Violated corporate customer service protocols, this place is the place where everyone talks about portions being too small, doing everything they can to be cheap and cut corners. They refuse to be up-to-date and back on brand. Managers: Juan, Erica
