The first time, they did not have brown rice ready and said they had just started cooking it, but a restaurant like this should already have rice prepared like other places do. Another time, they ran out of chicken and did not tell me. They gave me the leftover burnt chicken instead, and once again they had just started cooking a new batch. The workers were rude and unhelpful, and only one person offered to remake my order. Very disappointing service both times.
