Small portions of bacon lettuce and tomato. Bread had a small swipe of spread so it was dry. Was informed they were out of the baguette for the salad. How is Panera out of bread at noon?? Do better Panera, this was horrible.

Last time I came I ordered mac and cheese which used to be my favorite and to my disappointment it was watery and mushy. This recent trip I ordered the same and it was delicious, like how it used to be before. I was even more impressed by a worker named Danny. He was so kind and generous, made my day! It seems like they’re under new management or at least better ran because this experience was nothing but pleasant. Thank you Danny for your funny and kind attitude!!

I tried to come in and clear up a misunderstanding, and instead, I was met with employees trying to start a fight and riling each other up. They are more focused on being 'tough' than doing their jobs. They even lied on my rewards account to block me. Save your money and go somewhere where the employees don't treat customers like they're in a street fight.

The service was excellent—Peter, the general manager, was especially attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We’re regulars for the scones and cookies, which never disappoint. Panera is always a great spot for a quick bite, and they offer a solid variety of salads, sandwiches, and soups as well. Friendly service and consistent quality keep us coming back!
