The person who took my order was this young lady named Diana. She was so kind and attentive not to mention very personable, as we had a great conversation. She was also very helpful because she was very knowledgeable about the different options. All of the subways in Irvine and OC in general are a joke because a lot of them have terrible customer service but Diana was the first good Subway employee in a while. Will continue to come back whenever I'm in the area.
- MHMLG HELPJun 27, 20223.0Google says they close at 9pm. I got off work at 8:30pm last night (Chino Hills) and was craving a good subway sandwich for dinner. I live close to San Dimas so this location was ideal for me to get my dinner. So I get there at exactly 8:51pm last night....they were CLOSED!! I cud see the employees putting away the food and they looked at me and just shook their heads. If you are not going to stick to your 9pm closing schedule then you need to change it with Google!!
