Unfortunately when I got there, my chicken wasn’t ready there had been a misunderstanding and there was no order for me, I showed the manager my email confirmation and she went above and beyond to make sure I had my chicken on time. She kept apologizing and told that I understood that sometimes things happen. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was the deli manager my point is if we had more people like her in this world everyone would be much happier. Thank you for all your help and kindness.
