  This is for the managers and franchise owner. Let me be clear, this doesnt have to do with the food. This is about the lack of training you give to your employees. The employees consistently show how bothered they are. Half the time they can't redeem points correctly. You need to train them better. Ive been at this location dozens of times and more than half the time its one of these issues. This is on the managers and franchise owner to fix this.

  Service was great when picking up my online order. Staff member Yarely has excellent customer service and was really helpful and kind.

  I came on my lunch, I ordered a A burrito, asked to make it a combo even told The girl taking the order I wanted a Coke and I wanted the hot avocado Sauce on the side, She read it back to me. Everything sounded good and when I got to the window, it was a whole different attitude.. She handed me a little bag with just a burrito and close the window so fast and then eventually saw I was waiting there so she came back and I told her it was a combo at least it was supposed to be and she waved her hand in my face and said “ it’s OK don’t even worry about it” like it was my mistake lol and closed the window fast AGAIN and came back and didn’t even look at me or anything just practically rushed the chips and the drink in my face without any acknowledgment or eye Contact and again closed the window really fast FOR A THIRD TIME LOL . She didn’t get the size drink correctly, and I didn’t even get any of the sauce on the side. I was the only one in the drive-through so I don’t understand the rush. lol

  Drove by this place bought a large family meal the male employee who took my payment was a bit agitated I asked for several salsas for my big family meal when I left I parked and started eating with my kids and realized the tomatoe salsa was bad and the guacamole salsa was bad too I almost throw up 🤮 but I was able to spit it out, please check your order and smell the salsas it’s very unpleasant spending a lot of money to get expired salsas. I’m not bringing my business here I’ll take it somewhere else where there’s professional workers and I pay for good quality food. Juan was who took my order and charged me with that unpleasant attitude. My CHK#1352 today April1,26@12:21 noon

  I want to be clear, the food is generally good. However, if you redeem rewards at this restaurant they will pick out the worst food that's on the grill and that's old to fill your redemption that you earned. I received at two piece dinner the chicken was dry burnt it appeared and tasted like it was two days old.
