Automation shouldn't put people out of work, and I shouldn't have to "interface" with a computer to order a hamburger. Good-bye, Wendy's. It's been good, but now it's all over.

The African American male and the Hispanic female with the tattooed eyebrows are incredibly rude. I am just trying to get what I paid for and asked for. I didn’t even care that I had to return I just wanted the items! When I went back the second time for my fries I asked to make sure to have ketchup. Not in the bag. So I go back again to ask for ketchup and the Hispanic woman stared me down angrily for asking??? For ketchup? That I had already asked for didn’t get left and returned for? Hostile bizarre weird employees working here. Unprofessional odd people. Now I don’t even trust the food I got for a CHILD. Unbelievable. EDIT: I decided to toss the food and get a refund. I don’t feel comfortable giving this to a kid based off how they were acting today in the drive thru at 9:45ish. Those two are very odd individuals. People are so weird for no reason. If I were the manager there I’d definitely look into these two. I had to go find food elsewhere for a sick kid. Unbelievable.
