  Move on to the next location. The burger was sad, 😧 The employee was sad. It almost made me sad but I threw away my burger and went to the Sonic right next door.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. The workers speak very little English and understand even less. My elderly client and I go twice a week and he gets the same thing every single time. I literally had to correct them on the order. It’s really not that hard to listen to what is being said to you. I shouldn’t have to do their jobs for them . They know who we are they even say hello every time we walk in and we have the simplest order in the history of orders and they still can’t get it right. The cashier walked off before I could order and then skipped over me entirely. Absolutely ridiculous. Your people need to learn how to speak and under English or they need to get a new job.

  Get rid of the troll in the drive thru, rude attitude, forgets items and will fight you if you correct her and let's not forget her precious sauces. That she WILL forget to give you AND will fight you and charge you .40 cents for each.

  Yikes it's been a while since I've been to wendys. And let me tell you i love Wendy's However this location has been the worst Wendy's I've ever been to Spicy chicken nuggies are my #1 item at Wendy's and these things were cold -scorching hot. Like i got a few really old soggy ones and they made 3 more to get the total up. Service was very bad like bro i get you don't like working at Wendy's and you may hate everyone for your life choices but don't take it out on me

  My beloved Wendy’s has finally become bottom of the barrel. Apart from the prices the quality has dropped to the worst. Find memories of going to Wendy’s as a kid and throughout my adulthood has been erased by whatever crap I was served today. Start with the JBC they went from lettuce cups to shredded lettuce 🤢 the smallest pieces of bacon and cold patty . Then the fries, one of the best in the fast food world, but not today, it seems like they bought expired fries from Burger King and served me the very bottom of the bag , also cold and soggy. Shame to see how far this company has fallen from a place that brought me happiness and nostalgia to a place I feel nauseous eating . Hope this makes it to corporate or at least whoever is running this place masquerading as a Wendy’s.
