- CMChrystal Miller5 days ago1.0Went into this Vons on Saturday April 4th and got sodas and a few other things. Used my Mom's number to get the deal and was told it's only able to be used once. I said okay I can use another number the cashier said I'll have to delete and start over and rolled his eyes. I said I apologize then the number didn't work and I said I don't have another may you please use like the generic number? He flat out said no I'm starting to get a line. Why, be like that? You don't know what someone is going through. Like I'm homeless and in between jobs so because you're having a bad day I have to pay full price on 5 - 12packs of soda? I will not go in that cashiers line anymore. Really hurt as a customer.

While visiting the area, I stopped by this Vons knowing they typically carry Julian apple pies, I was hoping to avoid making the full drive up the mountain just for one pie… Although they were out of the Julian pies, Reina in the bakery department was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to suggest a great alternative and made the whole experience pleasant. Thank you, Reina, for your warmth and excellent customer service!
- WWWillMar 29, 20261.0Their bags don't even have handles!!!! Seriously??? I took public transit here from downtown. And then planned to walk home. Nope! I ended up making it 1 block with my 3 bags, literally hid my bags in bushes so homeless wouldn't steal them, walked home, drove back to my hiding spot which I should NOT be doing after a night downtown, and drove my bags home. California is supposed to be green. Stop cheaping out on your bags that WE pay for and that WE have to walk with.

She really went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this store! They have such great deals, fresh food, and a wide selection.

I placed a last minute cake order (my fault) and the staff was so kind and helpful letting me know how to best take care of my order! I came in and was helped by Placido! He was so helpful and was able make my cake just as I needed! I am so thankful for him and his creativity and the cake was delicious! Thank you Placido for your kindness!
