Beautiful location, attentive service, good selection of wines. Food..Prime rib was good; in my shrimp buccattini shrimp and pasta were plain shrimp and pasta, all sause was at the bottom not giving any flavor to ingredients; chicken milano was ok.

The ambience and drinks are great; still waiting for the food, but I’m sure it will be great! The pictures that were taken of my family and me turned out really really well, and we are really having a great time!

Food was delicious, customer service was great. Went in with 3 kids. 2 babies and a youngster and the staff was super helpful. Wendy, the server was amazing. I really appreciated her patience and her demeanor. Not once did I see her frown or annoyed with the fact that I had babies to care for while I was enjoying the experience. The customer service made my experience memorable. Peoe need patience when children are involved and ahe excelled in that area. I definitely recommend it. The food was delicious as well.

Went on a Sunday at opening.... at first I was thinking the time to get seated was going to be long... My wife and I were so surprised how ready the Prado team was to seat everyone and get their orders. Crazy efficiency.... we will definitely be back, great way to get your Sunday started.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
Shortly after eating the quesabirria tacos, I started feeling sick and nauseous, and the symptoms came on almost immediately after finishing my meal. I ended up feeling like I had food poisoning, which completely ruined the experience and has left me hesitant to return.
The service was also subpar. Staff didn’t seem very attentive, and overall the experience felt rushed and disorganized.
Another issue was the additional 5% “rising costs” charge added to the bill. The menu stated this fee was optional and could be removed upon request, but this wasn’t clearly communicated during service. I'm glad I noticed it BEFORE we paid so they DID remove it but it felt misleading to have an extra charge automatically included and not to disclose it ahead of time. You have to have a magnifying glass.
I also ordered a raspberry lemonade that cost nearly $8, and it didn’t even contain alcohol. For the price, I expected something more substantial or at least better value.
Overall, between getting sick, the disappointing service, and low quality food, this was not a good experience. I hope the restaurant takes food safety, transparency, and customer service more seriously moving forward.
