  I ordered a meal using the delivery option, and it was prepared at this restaurant location. To my surprise, the order wasn’t delivered to my door, and I couldn’t get in contact with the driver (no fault of Taco Bell). I called the restaurant location and Mary picked up. She helped me report the driver and made sure my meal was replaced and delivered by a new driver. She was so kind and thorough in her approach! It really made my day, and the meal came out perfectly. They even included complimentary cinnamon twists. Outstanding customer service!

  Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. The specialty drinks didn't make up for the lengthy wait for my food, and the restaurant's cleanliness left much to be desired. Many others were also waiting a long time for their orders. The drive-through line was very long and very slow

  You are the worst fast food place sat in drive though for 30 mins and never moved. No manager on duty to help with guest experience. Worst service you order food online and can’t pick it up cause the staff can’t figure out how to work. No reason you wait hour for an order

  Ordered 2 quesadillas guy taking the order was super rude, got got home and both quesadillas weren’t cut seems like they did it on purpose , I asked for green sauce and he was like we haven’t had that for over a year all smug and rude , sorry hadn’t had Taco Bell in San Diego for a year , just a bad experience , called and they were like drive back and we will cut them for you !! Seriously !

  Came sunday night and not even joking I waited over an hour in the drive thru line and still missing food. This place sucks. Never come here. You will wait over an hour for a quesadilla and have no choice but to stay in the line because you will blocked in. Never come here. The staff sucks
