  Where to begin, well first I will start off by saying the employees are friendly and I appreciate that. Now for the issues, last week I went on Tuesday for their 8pc meal special, comes with 2 sides and 4 biscuits, I ordered 3 of them. I had to pull over and park to the side because the fries weren't ready, okay no problem. Well 10-15 minutes later the employee brings our orders. Get home, and 1 order doesn't have it's 2 sides (fries) and the chicken was so mushy, the skin was so soft on all the orders, so gross! So missing sides and gross chicken. I called and spoke to an employee and he apologized took my info said come back today or next week to get a free complete meal, okay cool. So today, April 2nd I go through the drive thru to get my free meal, they have my info so no problem. I was the only car there so went straight to the window and the guy said okay so you want the 8 pc,,double fries and biscuits, yes that's correct, he asked if I wanted any honey and I said yes. Another guy comes up and tells him what I was waiting for, then the guy said we're making fresh fries so it will take a few minutes, then he said will take longer cause they needed to wait for the oil to heat up. Asked me to pull over and park, I said okay don't forget about me. They didn't, 10 min later the guy brought my food and had me sign for the meal. Then I'm on my way. Oh, they gave me a free drink which was nice. Get home and I couldn't wait to eat, was excited to be eating some biscuits...however, there weren't any! 😢 But the honey was there! Honey but no biscuits.🤦‍♀️That was disappointing. At least the chicken was better this time and the fries were good. I called to let them know the chicken and fries were great but sadly they forgot my biscuits, unfortunately after 3 times trying to reach them and no answer, I decided to just leave this review. Sigh...maybe they will get it right next time. 🤷‍♀️

  They always make wrong order.. I ordered 2-3 times from DoorDash and every time I select beans (no beef), they still send you beef tacos (how can you ignore customer request?) Also their Mexican Pizza had a rancid flavor(it was tasting bitter/rancid) we had to throw away those pizzas. PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

  This is across the street from me so I've come here like four times in the past two weeks. It's fast food 🤷🏻‍♂️ nothing special but they make it acceptable. The cashier's could use a bit more training though. They didn't know how to ring up my meal at one point for Taco Bell and I had to stand there for five minutes waiting for a manager and when I got sick of waiting, finally I changed my order to a combo meal.
