I thought she was coming back since she seen me in line behind her first customer. After 15 minutes of waiting patiently with no one to help me order I flagged down another worker who was making food. She took my order instead. 10 minutes later I finally get it and to my surprise it wasn't what I ordered. I ask to speak to a manager on duty to let out my frustration. The manager a Hispanic woman in her 20's to 30's wearing glasses walks up with an attitude and asks me what I needed. As I begin to tell the manager what my complaint is she interrupts me and takes a drive thru order with her headset on. By this point I had enough and walked out of this taco bell location. Save yourself a headache and go to another taco bell location. Each location is run differently. To the owner of this franchise, this is unacceptable!
