Be prepared to order at the drive through and be told to wait at the speaker until being told to move forward, which usually takes at least 5 minutes. I guess they think they tricking the drive through timer performance metrics but I’m sure management / corporate knows. Then, after you’ve waited all the time, your order will be wrong at least 85 % of the time. At least they are usually friendly.
