  I just had to leave a review to recognize the amazing service I received from Jacob at Taco Bell – the Mission Valley location! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It’s not every day you meet someone who clearly takes pride in their work, but Jacob absolutely does. I had several customization requests for my children’s meals, and he was incredibly patient while I explained all the changes. He even offered some helpful suggestions to make sure everything turned out just right. He carefully confirmed the details of my order and double-checked everything before handing it to me, which I truly appreciated. Our food came out quickly, fresh, and perfectly prepared. What really stood out was Jacob’s positive attitude — his upbeat energy and outstanding customer service genuinely made the whole experience better. Jacob represents the kind of team member every restaurant hopes to have. Because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Keep up the fantastic work!

  Why am I reviewing a Taco Bell? Well because I ordered door dash and they were out of an item. Instead of issuing a credit, someone from the store called me and offered to make something off menu (a jalapeño quesadilla) which was amazing. Plus I received two free taco coupons. Kudos to whichever employee went above and beyond.

  The microphone at the drive thru is waaay to quiet. Took 5 minutes for acknowledgement at the front counter. Food is not the best value.

  We ordered a Crunchwrap supreme, chicken chptle burrito, Frank’s topped fries, bean and cheese burrito, and 2 potato tacos. The Crunchwrap supreme had zero meat in it, was only lettuce and the hard shell. They complete left out the chicken burrito, no where to be found in our Togo bag. The bean and cheese burrito only had beans, and they ran out of the reds hot sauce so topped the nacho fries with chipotle sauce. I absolutely love Taco Bell but am terribly sad as to how neglectful our experience was in terms of the food provided.

  THEY UPCHARGE. I ALWAYS END UP PAYING ALMOST $30 FOR TWO COMBOS. HOW??? THE SAME MEALS COST WAY LESS AT OTHER LOCATIONS.
