I live 2 minutes away. Ordered 4 tacos and they were so old and soggy. Like they were made ahead of time. Who wants a literal wet taco when it’s supposed to be crunchy? I will just drive I bit further to the one on University. Wayyy better everything! Never come to this one. Beware! Wish I could give a negative on food with my star!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Taco Bell. The whole reason I went through the drive-through was because I expected it to be quick and convenient—but it turned into the exact opposite. I waited in line for quite a while, only to be told after reaching the window that I still had to wait longer for my order. That just doesn’t make sense—why make customers wait twice? By the time I finally got to the window, I had already spent plenty of time waiting, and then they told me to pull forward and wait even longer. It felt like my time didn’t matter at all. What’s worse, the staff didn’t seem to care—no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing to make me feel like a valued customer. If this is how they treat people who just want a simple, quick order, it really makes me question whether they care about their customers at all. I left frustrated and empty-handed, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Drive-throughs are supposed to be convenient, not a test of patience.
