  We ordered a footlong BMT sandwich on multigrain bread. It was supposed to have Black Forest Ham, salami, pepperoni. BMT means Big, Meaty, Tasty. After we got it home and started to eat, it only had a small piece of meat on it and was mostly vegetables. It looked like a small strip of meat or a piece of bacon. The bread was also falling apart. This was our only meal today as it was too hot to cook. VERY disappointed and still hungry. We've ordered from the same man in the past. Appears he's a nice guy and the only employee at this outlet. Not sure why he skimped on the meat unless on purpose to save product. Too hungry to take it back. Will be sure to speak with him about this next time and also choose a different bread. ;o~

  Hardly had any lunch meats at 1:00, guy was by himself and seemed unsure.

  I ordered two sandwich meals for dinner on a Monday evening and picked them up exactly on time at 6:50 PM. When I got there, the store was closed with a sign on the door saying they were understaffed. They closed the store without closing online ordering. I contacted the store for a refund. They still have not replied more than two weeks later. I disputed the charge on my credit card. I got my $20 back but this note on my credit made my credit score drop 20 points. Mismanaged and frankly, not good people. Not the first problem I've had with their staff but it will be the last.
