  Monica gave us an amazing service. She was super busy, no help, customers and orders kept coming. She was able to handle a very high volume of orders kindly and as quickly as possible. She didn’t get much help from the other staff, she deserves to get a raise or be promoted to be honest, I don’t know how she handled everything on her own. Thank you Monica, you are the best!

  I come here almost three times a week purely for convenience, not choice. My mobile orders are wrong regularly — they’re often out of Italian herbs & cheese bread even hours after opening, and ingredients are frequently added incorrectly. Even when the store is empty, there’s little to no greeting or customer service. Consistency and basic care seem to be missing here.

  Went in to get a meatball footlong as part of the deal of the day and the younger sandwich lady tried to not permit me to add anything to my sandwich citing a bunch of nonsense that completely goes against corporate policy and values. If had ordered thru the app she would literally have to make it. The family who owns this franchise location cheaped out on labor and they take the stress out on the customers who are honorable service men & women. This is the type of place people go to if they feel compelled to.
