  It’s been said before; the lady with the black hair is extremely rude, doesn’t listen to your order and refuses to put the requested toppings on no matter how nice you are. Also you are held at the register while they make up to 10 more sandwiches behind you instead of letting you pay and leave

  Worst subway ever. Has gotten even worse since Emilio started managing. He has the worst attitude and it trickles down to his staff. I have been told multiple times that they refuse to add more veggies to my sandwich because "policy", like they think it's the customers first time getting subway. Emilio is on break half the time too, always talking to his buddies in the parking lot. I only go here to get orders that annoy Emilio, cuz he's been a major doosh since day 1.

  Nothing was fresh. Food had been sitting in the trays and looked freezer burned. Panda Express, also in the food court, had old food. It looks like they get no traffic for any food and you can tell.
