  So I always get extra onion and olives (normally more than what’s shown in the picture) but the subway near me charged me $2 for extra onion and olive and barely gave me any :( and told me you guys discontinued water cups! I had to walk to a different food spot just for water during my lunch break today 😭

  Ordered sandwich of the day which was sweet onion teryaki and the worker named "Tuba" made my sandwich she put an abysmally small amount of meat and when i asked for a normal portion she said the sandwich of the day deal comes with less meat than a normal sandwich which after I looked up is not subways policy and the sandwich of the day should come with a standard portion of meat. Either the owner is telling the employees to cut corners like this or this employee is highly informed. I called the next day to speak to a manager and the same worker picked up the phone and just said no manager and hung up.

  I ordered on the app yesterday for this Subway on Navajo, and I ended up regretting it. There are numerous issues that I have with the way the app functions, and the gentleman who apparently made my sandwich didn't do it as instructed. This was very disappointing. And not a warm and fuzzy feeling when I walked in either.

  Showed up at 8:56 and they close at 10pm. They only person there (girls with tattoos on her face & neck - no name tag) told me that she is on her 30 minute break and can't take my order. She said she was the only one there and she has an online order after. I asked her if she can ring up my order as I drove 15 minutes here and she said no with an attitude. So I just walked out to my car and wrote this review. Got taco bell after... Subway has to do better with who they hire.
