  Never going to Subway again. They have to service the online orders first so it’s taken over 20 minutes to get my sandwich even though I’ve been the only person in here. Not the employees fault. They need to change the system to prioritize in-store customers. Or at least increase staff

  This subway location has "order Kiosks". Trying to navigate doing your order like this is frustrating. I'd rather stand in line, and wait my turn, and interact with a human. Instead you have a mob of people standing around waiting for their sandwhich's. Total chaos.

  I just moved here and really wanted a sandwich, but all my dishes are still packed. An associate told me to use the kiosks. I told him I'd rather order in person because my online orders always come out wrong. I waited a few minutes, and he said again, "You can order on the kiosk." I told him, "It's okay, I can wait." Then another guy came over and asked, "Are you going to order?" I said yes, and he pointed at the kiosk. I said again, "I'd rather order with you guys." He said, "No, you can use the kiosk." At that point, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. They said there wasn't one I could talk to and no way to contact them. After making me wait while "looking for a number," they said, "Just leave a review on Yelp," which I'll definitely do. I just wanted a sandwich, but because of their poorly trained staff and terrible customer service, I have to find something else. I'm not coming back to this place. What's the point of going to Subway, where they're known for making your sandwich right in front of you, if everything's supposed to be online now?

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If you value your time don’t eat here. The new order kiosk are the worst, no one understands how to use them, line takes forever, the lag and crash so I have to restart my order and employees refuse to make my sandwich like every other subways does. It took me 30 min to get my sandwich, this new ordering method is ridiculous I’m never going back here. At any order location it takes me 2 min to get my sandwich, here it’s a nightmare.

  I went in to order a sub and the dude turned me away and said he was too busy and asked me to go to a different location. There was no one at the store. Never coming back.
