    The new Kiosk system is the absolute worst idea ever. Very slow and Inificient. Please bring back the in person orders.

    Shift work at NMCSD. Sign says they are open until midnight. It's 1115pm and they are closed, lights off, hungry customer. App says they take orders until 1129pm, but then says location online orders turned off. I cannot leave due to my job, now there is nowhere else to get food here now until 5am. Thanks. Upside, I order here fairly consistently, just not this late (just changed shifts). Food is normally exactly what I order. I will return, just disappointed.

    The kiosk is such a lazy idea. It doesn’t even give the option to toast the sandwiches, and when i asked for my sandwich to be toasted, she just threw my whole sandwich in the toaster with the veggies inside. I don’t want hot veggies on my sandwich! I’m pregnant, so that just made me so pissed

    Went here after picking up a medicine. Wanted a rather involved split order so I bypassed the kiosk as it would not have possible to put items that are different on both sides of the footlong. Walked up to the counter and was told I had to order in the kiosk. There was no one in the Subway. The girl at the counter refused to assist. Told her I'm going to another subway where service means something. Its sad this is how they are allowed to treat members of the military community. I will never return here for any reason. I rated the food at 1 because I was not allowed to get any.
