  I walked in on Friday March 13 and the employee was making a sandwich for someone after he finished I requested for him to wash his hands before putting on new pair of gloves and he simply refused

  The vegetables were mostly frozen. The lettuce was definitely NOT FRESH. I did not look at the vegetables until after I placed my order. The staff was very rude when I pointed out her veggies. There was ice visibly covering a lot of it. I asked if they had any fresh veggies but they didn't. I walked away from a half prepped sandwich and went to the store on K street.
