I got scammed. I placed an order online then went to pick it up and they said they never got it. So I show the order confirmation with their store address and they still wouldn’t honor it so wrong no wonder the store is always empty

I placed an online order for my lunch. A sweet onion sub! Open to take a bite and the sub was not even what I had ordered. Wrong toppings and no sauce 😒☹️

I placed an online order on February 22 at around 5:45 PM and arrived during my assigned pickup window. Apparently that was my first mistake.
After waiting about five minutes, I watched as my food and drink cup were handed to another customer. He politely said it wasn’t his and handed the cup back. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the employee immediately snapped at him with an attitude, demanding to know why he was standing there. He calmly said he was waiting to order. She raised her voice and told him, “Then go over there!”
Then it was my turn.
When I stepped up to clarify that the order she had just misdirected was mine, she huffed, rolled her eyes, and told me I wasn’t standing in the right spot. I explained what sandwiches I ordered and asked if that was my pickup. She stared at me in silence like I had just asked her to solve a calculus problem, then turned around without a word and walked away.
She forcefully shoved the remaining sandwich into the bag and tried to hand me the same drink cup that both she and the other customer had already put their fingers inside. After handling cash. Because apparently basic hygiene is optional here.
When I asked for a new cup, I was met with a glare. I had to explain that two strangers had literally put their hands inside it. The audacity of expecting sanitary conditions, I guess.
The employee was an older woman without a name tag, so I couldn’t identify her. When I asked for her name, she ignored me and walked to the other side of the store.
I have never experienced service this hostile, unprofessional, and careless over something as simple as picking up an online sandwich order. This location is a complete embarrassment. I will absolutely not be returning.
What a joke.

What a joke. To top it off I didn't even get the bacon I had paid extra for.
