  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This Subway (3146, Suite 6, San Diego) claims it’s open until 10:00 PM. I walked in at exactly 9:00 PM with my kids after a long drive from San Francisco, only to find staff already shutting down the dining area—chairs up, tables flipped—while still claiming they were “open.” When I asked to order and sit down, I was told dine-in was closed. There was ZERO signage anywhere stating that dining closes early. Only after I pushed back did they “allow” us to sit, like they were doing us a favor. We paid about $33 for food, and right after finishing, my kids needed to use the restroom. The employee flat-out refused and said it’s because “homeless people come in.” That’s not just unacceptable—it’s insulting. We were paying customers with children. So let me get this straight: • You’re “open,” but not really open • You take customers’ money, but deny basic access like restrooms • You make up rules on the spot with no signage or communication That’s not how any business should operate. If your dining area and restrooms are closed before 10 PM, then UPDATE YOUR HOURS or POST CLEAR SIGNS. Don’t mislead customers and then treat them like an inconvenience. This location seriously needs management intervention. I will not be coming back, and I strongly advise others—especially families—to avoid this place.

  Came quarter til nine. Lady was sweeping and greeted me but then continued to finish her sweeping for another two minutes. Cleaning up had all chairs up on the tables and bathroom blocked off to signal to customers that we are getting ready to close soon within the hour and fifteen minutes but sooner rather than later. Thankfully she walks over and washes her hands and then ask me what I’ll be having and then proceeds with the order. So I get it’s not busy but giving the idea of it may be closing deters customers away and if I’m a owner that is profit loss and that means loss of employees and possibly loss of the store.

  Subway is one of those places I go to when I want something quick and customizable. I like being able to choose exactly what goes into my sandwich, and it usually feels fresh and filling. It’s not exciting, but it’s convenient, affordable, and gets the job done when you need a fast meal.

  I haven't had subway in ages but I thought hey, its been a while maybe they've gotten better with their food service. Silly of me to make such a possitive assumption, because for the umpteenth time my entire order was wrong/not even packed to be delivered. Thank you for staying consistent on disappointing and mediocre service. Making someone's order wrong is negligent and could've been detrimental to someone's health. I'm glad i paid attention to the added items I didn't order. And that they're ingredients I simply don't like and my system doesn't agree with but not allergic to. Do better Subway!!
