Then I had to deal with an annoyingly inefficient AI chat bot online. Hopefully they make it right and refund me. Edit: I’ve attempted to contact the business several times. I even messaged online. Absolutely no word from them. Edit 2: Still no word from them and they still ignore phone calls. Horrible service and they stole my money.
