  Lady working at 11pm tonight had a bad attitude and the most horrible customer service. I understand it’s late but it doesn’t excuse her from not doing her job properly especially when it’s less busy. No proper greeting at all

  Number 8 stall never works for online orders. Also, very annoyed the sonic app got rid of the 1/2 price drinks. I can get fountain drinks for much cheaper elsewhere. Looks like my sonic days are over.

  Second time at Sonic and I’ve gotta say—really solid experience all around. Janee ✨ the person helping me through the drive-in screen was super friendly and actually gave a great recommendation when I asked about the smash burger. I decided to trust her suggestion, and I’m glad I did—the patties were cooked and smashed perfectly, super juicy and full of flavor. The fries were fresh, hot, and had that perfect crispy bite. And the Ocean Water slushie was honestly next level—adding strawberries took it up a notch and made it even better. Overall, great food, great service, and an experience that definitely makes me want to come back.

  There was a mixup with which burger I got, but when I called the store Nadia immediately helped fix it and brought the correct one out to me super fast. She was so sweet and absolutely deserves a shoutout for great service and a raise!

  Smash burger was good. My issue was onions give me heartburn. And yes they put onions on it even though the ordered showed no onions. Used Sonics website to let them know and the texts send you in a big circle with nothing resolved.
