  Yesterday I went to buy some burritos that were really good, especially very big, but what I liked the most and what will definitely make me come back was the service from the cashier. She was a super kind girl who answered all my questions. Without a doubt, the best customer service I’ve ever received. Her name is Vale! ( I saw her name on my ticket lol)

  Huge burritos and properly priced. The fajita plate is 🔥🔥🔥. Chicken was juicy and seasoned very well and the fries were crispy even after a 20 min ride home.

  I’m so disappointed with my order!. This is the second time I’ve order the bolt burrito and it’s happen twice. I made sure to let the cashier know I want guacamole sour cream and she said basically it’s like a cali burrito but there’s more stuff that we add in it. I get home and it’s just fries and meat again……I’m not coming back to this spot. The burrito was over $20!!. *It was about 9pm when I got there and yea it was kinda late but I feel like the cookers/chef were like I just want to go home already and bc of that there sloppy. That’s how you lose business!

  For the expensive price and the huge burritos that they claim to have are very flavorful, but the plates and corn side of fries plates are a rip off for $20 plus they are skimping you on the meat. I ordered two large plates of corn side of fries, and they came with fries on top of the meat, which I thought was odd and different after taking a bite. I noticed there was barely any meat. I checked the other plate and it was the same. I don’t understand why you would overpriced food and then rip off people on top of that for the meat. I like the location of 43rd St. better but I have been hearing they are all going down the drain in quality since they have franchise out.
