  I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut on 2/16/2026, all thanks to Nate! I ordered wings, and not only were they delicious, but the customer service Nate provided was absolutely superior. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to creating a great customer experience. Thank you, Nate, for making my visit exceptional! I'll definitely be coming back again soon!

  The staff at this location are not properly trained to work. Today, 1-12-22 at approximately 4:23pm I called to place an order. The young man who sounded Latino asked my number then hung up on me. I called back, the same person answered. He asked again for my Number then proceeded to tell me I needed to give him my address even though the order was a carry out order. I asked why my address was even relevant if I am carrying out? This ignorant little boy says “you have multiple addresses on file so you need to tell us what address”. Shocked and confused I begin asking him why it mattered. It seemed like either he typed the wrong number or maybe my number belonged to someone in the system a long time ago because I have only been in San Diego for three days. This was my first time ordering pizza. So, I proceed to tell him how irrelevant that info was and he hung up me. Again. I called back and someone named Eddie answered. The first thing he asks is pick up or delivery. And I briefly explain this issue. He then says oh. This is customer service. Are you trying to reach the store? Once again I am hung up on. I call back and no one answered. I block my number then someone answered. They were playing around and being unprofessional at my expense and I blame the manager. There’s no way behavior like that should be allowed. I won’t eat here or support this business again. Thanks for wasting my time.
