  I ordered a pizza from this location two times in one week both times they came incorrect on the third time I contacted the store. I spoke with the manager Val and when I tell you she is so nice she took my order repeated it three times and promised me that she would make sure my order would be correct and when it came to my house, it was correct and I promise you I felt like she actually cared about the customer. She took the time to apologize about the other two orders I placed in the previous week. Val thank you I appreciate the effort.

  Muy rica la pizza. La muchacha estaba sola, ella atendió y ella misma preparó la pizza, aún así fué rápido.

  The fact that the front door is always locked and you have to ring the doorbell to be buzzed in is so bizarre, and was a turn off to me. Then for a good while, there were no employees at the counter so another customer and I (I placed an order through the app while he was ordering in person) were just awkwardly waiting for them to service us eventually. Part of me was glad I chose the cash option because every fiber of my being just wanted to cancel the order and go somewhere else. Thankfully I didn't because the food was still good, but not enough for me to come back... I'd have to be paid or get the food for free (or major discount) for me to return. Also no option to dine in here (in fact there was a sign that said no eating in the lobby (so we were waiting in a "lobby" just now?)) ruins this place for me as well since I had to awkwardly take my pizza and drink to a nearby bus stop to consume. I know these places try to push for pick up and delivery, but doing it this way, isn't it.
