  Some of the people that work here are ruining the experience. Train your staff better. Came here a few days ago and the Hispanic lady was super cool and nice. Today, the younger girl and older gentleman, not so much.

  Came here at 2:35 on 4/2/26 and the girl working there disappointed so much. I asked for a garlic sauce and paid for it. Then I asked for 1 chili pepper and she said 4 for $1.50. I didn't have enough and asked if I could buy just one and she refused. I understand this is a business, but where's the humanity in people?

  Papa Johns Pizza is a straightforward chain that leans on consistency over character. The pizza is soft, a bit on the sweeter side, and predictable every time. The garlic sauce is the real draw. It’s more about convenience than quality, but it gets the job done when you want something familiar without much thought.

  5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really great experience at this Papa John's location. We recently ordered from here, and there was a slight mix-up with our order. Mistakes happen to the best of us, but it’s how a business handles those mistakes that truly matters—and this team completely knocked it out of the park. The manager, Yasser, is an absolutely awesome guy. He genuinely cares about his customers' experience and went out of his way to make things right. He happily remade our entire order for us a few days later, no questions asked. When we picked up the fresh pizzas, they were perfectly cooked and tasted incredible. You can really tell Yasser takes pride in what he does because he makes some truly great pizza! It is rare to find a manager so dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you want the best experience that Papa John's can offer, this location is it! Huge thank you to Yasser and the crew!

  I had them in Palmdale (inside a Chevron gas station) and always planned on taking my family to try Papa Johns, but never did. We came to San Diego for a soccer tournament and Papa John's was in the commercials that Spotify was playing. This reminded me that I still had not taken my family to eat there. Neat idea! If you haven't ordered for pick up, and just walk in, order to go. I love the Papadias and now my family does too. We paired them with wings and cheesesticks :) My wife was like "my portion is too much"...my son and I were like - hello! We're here! Nothing is too much :) Look at our empty boxes :)
