The young boy said 'we are past your nimber! Get another number.' The man said he'd been waiting 3 hours! The young boy said can't help you. Called the next number and went off frame shopping with someone. This is "glasses pick up"! We were really only 2 ticket numbers ahead. It would have taken 5 min max to give him his glasses instead he window shopped for over 30 min with another customer. The head of the department agreed. Costco is a big place but if you are not standing 5 feet from the counter in no way can you here them say the number. No intercom not even yelling it! They waited max 2 min before passing over to another number. With 2 hours waiting. You cant shop because you won't hear them and they will turn you down if you are 4 min late. No place to sit so after 2 hours my back was killing me. Not even shopping after that. I picked up my girlfriends glasses. But in no way will I get mine there!!!!
