  Came through the drive through last Thursday, was in the second drive through lane, the crew member asked me to hold on. I did, soon a car pulled up in the lane next to move, seconds later the same crew member took their order, proceeded by another car after that car, I was yelling, Hello! Hello, he began to take an order for the 3rd car so I drove up to the window, asking why would he keep skipping me, he said it was a shift change, I explained it was his voice that was continually taking orders, I waited until he took my order as he was taking others, he never apologized only lying about a shift change. I proceeded to the next window, attempting to explain the the situation and the person at the window attempted to be apologetic attempting to offer a solution but the manager came behind him yelling saying we are not giving away anything for anyone, No Free Food!!! I attempted to explain the situation as the crew member offered a solution though I was pushed to the 3rd window because my food wasn't ready. That same manager came to the 3rd window to hand me my food, I explained the situation, explaining I only wanted to be heard due to being skipped at his window by 3 cars, telling him either the system wasn't working or to check the signal, never being solution based or apologetic he said, "O!" with a dumbfounded expression! I didn't need anything free! There is a McDonald's up the street on Friars 1 minute up, please go there and not this place. They do not know how to treat customers.

  I always go to the drive-thru for my egg McMuffin sandwiches. The morning crew, which seems to be the same one that is there, are always top-notch. They're very friendly, helpful, courteous, fast and kind.

  Overall fine but sucks to come home to bite into your sandwich with a crunch of eggshells. At least they use real eggs
