The first time I let it slide but the next, I called and was told to come back to collect my missing food. That was not a viable option (I'd headed out on a road trip that evening) so I told to leave my name so I could come another day. The morning I returned, I was told I couldn't be refunded lunch items while the breakfast menu was active, and to return again later. I held my ground (less than mediocre customer service) and was refunded partially- needless to say a full refund would have made me feel better compensated.
