  the manager was really nice and patient, they generally don't have any pies at night time, but she gave plenty of cookies to cover for it, around the same amount equivalent or maybe one more than what I paid for, amazing

  Google said they were open until 10pm. Got there at 9:15pm and they were closed.

  Where are all the receptacles!?!?!? Went in for a quick lunch and needed to charge our laptops before going back on ship and there weren't any. Very disappointed.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but the customer service at this McDonald’s was unbelievably bad. The staff acted like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. No greeting, no eye contact, no basic courtesy just attitude and impatience. Staff just walked past me as I was waiting for some assistance. My order was wrong, I ordered bbq sauce for my chicken nuggets and when I politely pointed it out, I was met with eye-rolling and annoyance instead of an apology or a solution. It felt like customer service was optional here. I was going to reach for my own sauce and that’s when the manager decided to help with an attitude. The lobby was messy, employees were lousy and the overall vibe was unprofessional. Fast food is supposed to be fast and at least halfway friendly. If you’re tired, understaffed, or don’t want to deal with people, that shouldn’t fall on the customer. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
