  Absolute worst customer service and horrendous wait times. I ordered curb side through the app and they immediately marked my order as completed, so I had to go inside. There were 25~ customers gathered at the counter and no one taking or handing out orders. Several customers said they had been waiting there for more than an hour. The employees had no sense of urgency and weren't even calling out orders. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

  Honestly, this is probably the worst place I’ve been to. Today was the last chance I gave them It’s always crowded and they never have enough staff. The employees act like customers don’t understand Spanish and give you a bad attitude. I remember one day that There’s this blonde manager in particular an employee told her there was an issue with my order, and she just ignored it, gave the employee a look, and left me waiting for 20 minutes before helping me. And the worst part is, it’s not even the first time I’ve seen them treat their employees badly I don’t get how this place is still open.

  Horrible McDonald's, terrible service of the employees, always slow, zero friendliness, and the employees act like they cannot be bothered and will hide if you're asking for help. Edit, I added a video, I decided to add a video for what is the typical experience is like. I started recording minutes of standing there without talking to anyone, and it continued for another 5 minutes after I ended it but as you can see can ALL THE EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE THEY ARE HUST BUT DOESN'T ACKNOWLEDGE ANYONE, THIS IS WHILE THERE IS ABOUT 10 PEOPLE STANDING THERE WIATING AT THE SAME TIME AS ME. They acknowledged no one, spoke to no one, and it is the experience EVERY TIME I COME HERE. If it wasn't for the fact this is the only McDonald's in La Jolla or have to pick up for Uber Eats, I would never come to this location as I have had issues with this location more than once. Losing my own personal order and Uber eats order and the employees does nothing to help, nor remedy the situation if the order has gone missing. Then they'll throw an attitude and HIDE after they tell you "They Don't know".

  40 minutos dure afuera esperando mi orden en el curp, Side Pick Up y no me la trajeron, tuve que entrar y esperar otros 10 minutos para que me hicieran mi orden porque no la tenían hecha y en la aplicación me salía que sí , Nomás porque yo entré, porque si yo no entraba, no sé cuánto tiempo iban a tardar con mi orden, 👎

  They have an attitude problem here. The guy didn’t want to give me my order or straw. he knew I was there. He had my order. He just didn’t wanna give it to me and put it on the to go shelf instead, instead of just handing it to me at the counter and then threw my straw at me for my drink.
