  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered breakfast and clearly asked for no sausage because I am vegetarian. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly and included sausage. I didn’t realize until I got home, so I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. When I explained the situation, they only replaced the item but refused to offer a refund or acknowledge the inconvenience. This was frustrating because it wasted my time, gas, and effort. Dietary requests should be taken seriously, especially when clearly communicated. Very poor customer service. I will not be returning.

  Big Mac had two and not three patties. Patties placed in the wrong order (meat on meat) ask for extra big mac sauce on the side. Gave me extra sauce on the side and all over the bottom bun. The guy on the headset was very nice, and didn’t rush me through my order and was nice when I came up to the window..the food however was disappointing, would recommend you go to another location.

  I have in past times wanted to give a 0 star due to an experience I had maybe a year ago or so. However, 3/24/2026 evening I ordered fish sandwich with extra ingredients at the drive through. I paid at the first window and was requested to move forward to the second window. After being at the second window, the crew member, who seemed to be I think like a taller guy, of who I did not get his name, and a young lady, nicely explained I would have to wait at the third window for my order. They or he actually was so sincere and kind with his request hoping I moved forward. A few customers did past me as I waited. Though, from the 1st window to the 2nd window and 3rd everyone was kind. All 3 interactions the crew provided excellent service and even the 2nd attempted solutions and care for my wait though a resolve to allow the restaurant to make a good sandwich. Although I had to wait at the third window with other customers passing me, their extreme kindness, allowed me to forget about the wait I had. Excellent service to the evening staff and the guy of whom I do not know his name, may tall slim guy!!!! I will come here from now on though I am closer to Mission Gorge (Who's customer service is horrible! horrible, horrible!) This restaurant provides fresh, food, and good service!!! Thank you!!!

  Do not use the drive thru, screen is broken and customers are unable to double check the order. Ladies at the window couldn't find my order then I did not get my bbq sauce and gave me coke instead of the Dr pepper I ordered which is in the receipt. 3/26 @ 12:21p.

  Drive thru here is not advised, the screen is broken so you can't check your order. I don't think the employees can hear you very well or they just don't care if you come back upset with a completely different order. Then still try to go argue that thats what you ordered. To top it off my food was cold and hashbrown was so drenched and soggy with oil not even putting it in the toaster could save that puppy. Donkey of the day for this McDonald's drive thru for sure.
