  didn't taste the food, was picking up an Uber eats order. walked in, stood there for 4 minutes, literally, no eye contact, no acknowledgement. I finally asked out loud if anybody was going to acknowledge me, and got a "what?" over a girl's shoulder. told her the customer's name, she said oh, we're waiting on the mcchicken. but two of them had just been staring into the kitchen, one kid came out of the back to change a trash bag, glanced at me like a hurt puppy and didn't say anything. the fourth employee walked past me from the dining area, twice, with also, no contact, acknowledgment, or interaction. it takes less time to say "hi, be right with you" then it does to piss off a customer... it took 4 minutes of being ignored for me to get annoyed. a greeting takes less than 2 seconds. again, I don't know how the food is at this mcdonald's recently,, but their service level is pathetic

  While attempting to place an order for my children, the employee taking the order was extremely rude and repeatedly interrupted me, rushing me and not allowing me to speak. Because of his behavior, I decided not to order anything and drove to the window to ask for his name and the manager’s name. He told me that he was the manager and stated his name was Robert. I questioned how someone with that attitude could be a manager, and he then asked what I wanted to order. I told him I did not want anything but wanted to know who was above him so I could report the incident. He replied that there was no one else there but that I could come back later. As I began to drive away, he loudly said “I hope you crash on your way home” and then started laughing. This was said in front of my two young daughters. After this, I parked and went inside the restaurant and asked him to repeat what he had said so I could record it. At that point, he denied making the statement and told me that McDonald’s is private property while asking me to leave. I found this behavior extremely inappropriate, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable, especially from someone claiming to be a manager.
